  1. Prices are fixed and non-negotiable
  2. Unless stated otherwise, all items are brand new
  3. Email inquiry on item availability is NOT a reservation/confirmation of order 
  4. Upon receiving confirmation order through email from prettyDaisyShop, payment has to be made within 48 hours via Cash Deposit, CIMB Clicks/Maybank2U to the Bank Account number provided to you.
  5. We will only hold reservations for 36 hours. All reservations beyond 36 hours will automatically be cancelled 
  6. Color of item(s) displayed on the website may vary slightly from the actual product due to differing technical specifications of monitors 
  7. Sale of items are final. Exchanges or returns will NOT be entertained after payment has been made
  8. Please bear in mind that we are using 3rd party courier to deliver your items. Hence we are NOT responsible/held liable for any damages, missing parcels, loss incurred while item(s) are in transit or during shipping period
